TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE APP
Dungeon Runner is a fitness game: it records runs you choose to track and turns them into progress for a role-playing game. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. HEALTH & SAFETY
Running is exercise. You are responsible for your own health, your route, and your surroundings. Don't play the game part while moving; the run screen needs no interaction mid-run. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise program if you have any doubt.
3. ACCOUNTS
An anonymous account is created on first launch. Linking an email is optional but is the only way to recover progress on a new device. You're responsible for activity on your account.
4. PURCHASES
The optional Pro subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms; manage or cancel it there. In-game gold is earned through play, has no cash value, and can't be transferred or refunded. We may rebalance game content (stats, drop rates, prices in gold) at any time — that's game design, not a taking of property.
5. FAIR PLAY
Don't falsify runs (GPS spoofing), exploit bugs for advantage, or attempt to access other players' data. We may reset progress or suspend accounts that do.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The app, its code and its content are ours or licensed to us. Pixel art derives from 0x72's DungeonTileset II (CC0). You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you don't get to copy, resell or redistribute it.
7. DISCLAIMERS
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GPS is inherently imprecise; recorded distances are estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
8. TERMINATION
You can stop using the app and request deletion at any time. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice posted in the app or on this site.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
